Casey
Murphy, M.D.

Born and raised in Kenner, LA, Casey earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from LSU and attended LSU Medical School in New Orleans. He completed his residency and was selected as the Chief Resident of the LSU Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation program. During residency, he was nominated for Resident of the Year and selected as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. After being selected as Chief Fellow, he completed an accredited LSU Pain Medicine Fellowship. He is ABMS Board Certified in Pain Medicine as well as Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He continues teaching as the Program Director / CEO of the LSU Pain Medicine Fellowship in New Orleans. He holds faculty positions at LSU & Tulane Medical Schools. He is an active member and fellow of the American Academy of PM&R and the American Academy of Pain Medicine. His research interests include lumbar radiculopathy, radiofrequency nerve ablation (RFA), and spinal cord stimulation (SCS). Away from his practice, Dr. Murphy enjoys fishing and going to the beach with his family.

George Kum-Nji, M.D.

George Kum-Nji, M.D. is double board certified in the medical specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the medical subspecialty of Pain Medicine. After completing medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2010, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. During his service, he completed his specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and sub-specialty training in Pain Medicine in 2014 and 2017 respectively. Dr. Kum-Nji was honorably discharged as a Major in 2021 after 15 years of service and joined LMC that year. Dr. Kum-Nji joined the staff of Louisiana State University as an Assistant Professor in 2023. Away from his practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Joseph Pritchett, D.C.

Joseph Pritchett earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas, in 2011. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and is certified in Cox Flexion Distraction Technique-Cervical, Lumbar and Thoracic, as well as Contemporary Integrative Dry Needling and Graston Technique. Doctor Pritchett worked for a variety of chiropractic clinics across the Houston area and in Walker, Louisiana, from 2010 – 2018 and has partnered with LMC since 2012. He has been a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana since 2012. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Nate Richardson, D.C.

Nate Richardson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Life University in Marietta, GA, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree in 2009. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana and has certification in Cox Flexion Distraction Technique-Cervical and Lumbar and Dry Needling. Dr. Richardson spent ten years with the Richardson Chiropractic Group in Lafayette and has worked with LMC since 2017. He is a member of the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana and is fluent in Spanish. When he is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his two children and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
